standard with a beautiful pool overlooking the nature reserve, it is the perfect setting
to watch the Florida sunsets while enjoying a chilled glass of wine or a cool beer.
The vacation home is West facing and the lounge, dining area and master bedroom
all have direct access to the large 28 x 14 ft heated pool with extended covered
lanai with fan, perfect for an outdoor BBQ. The villa is situated on a superb golfing
resort, which features three renowned championship courses. The resort boasts the
flamingo clubhouse, players club and spa.
The vacation home accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the
master bedroom has a large private bathroom with a king-size bed, bedside
cabinets, dressing table, TV and ceiling fan. There is a walk-in closet providing
ample storage. The second bedroom has a queen bed, bedside cabinets, TV and
walk-in closet. The third has 2 twin beds, fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets. The
main bathroom is situated between the 2 bedrooms and can be accessed directly
from bedroom 2 or the hallway. The linen cupboard is stocked with towels and
beach towels for your use. The den also has a day bed with a pull out queen bed.

Lely is situated 10 mins from Old Naples and the Gulf of Mexico with 10 miles of
breathtaking unspoilt beach front. Naples offers great fishing either by chartering a
boat for deep sea or from the pier. There are a spectacular selection of shops from
small boutiques at third Street, fifth avenue south and tin city to department stores
at Coastland Center Mall and waterside shops. Naples is close to the Everglades
where you can experience swamp buggy and airboat rides and island tours. If you
are after culture try the Philharmonic Center for the arts or the popular Dinner
Theater.
Suitability: Children welcome, long term renters welcome, pets considered,
suitable for elderly or infirm. Vacation home is reasonably wheelchair accessible:
there are no specific disabled facilities but all areas are accessible with no stairs.
